I have an addiction to Instagram. It’s bad. I keep taking these photos but do nothing with them. They are sitting there on my phone doing nothing at all.
Well I found the best place to print them. PostalPix is a free app that you download to
your phone and order your Instagram photos through. It’s so easy to do. And 4 x 4 prints are only $0.21 – $.99 each (depending on the amount you order). I ordered about 40 photos and the cost with shipping was less than $11. And they arrived at my door in just 3 days. I love that kind of convenience.
So now how to display these oddly shaped square photos.
I had this frame that I picked up for $1 at a yard sale. It contained the ugliest painting you ever did see. I don’t have a before picture but I’m sure you can use your imagination.
You may remember what I did with the ugly canvas here.
For awhile I used the frame as our Summer To Do list board.
But it needed a makeover. So I painted the frame a blue grey paint that I had leftover from our kitchen cabinet makeover. Used some mini clothes pins (love them) and some fun yellow fringe to hang the Instagram photos from. And added this fun quote.

I added this bunting that I made with my Silhouette. It may be too much. But I like it, so up it went.
Now I can easily add photos and change the quote up whenever I like.

I love this idea. I was wondering about sources for printing Instagram photos. I want to do something like this with my advent photos after Christmas. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks for this! I had no idea this app was out there, but it is perfect for me!
It’s the best one I’ve found. There are others but the pictures are really expensive and the shipping is crazy.
