Vintage Bottle Carrier

A few months ago I drove to Greensboro, NC to join a group of bloggers for a day of shopping.

Shopping with a bunch of bloggers is way more fun than shopping with my 5 and 3 year-old boys.

I came home that day with some pretty cool finds, including my giant letter S. I also bought this vintage bottle carrier from Atta Girl Says booth for about $20 (she actually organized our shopping day). You can find the Coke and Pepsi crates everywhere, but I have never seen one like this.

I found a similar looking crate online that said it was from India. I really don’t know much more than that. Other than it’s pretty cool.

Then it sat on our front porch for about six months.

Since I’m trying to get rid of everything that I’m not actually using, I was about to sell it today.

But since I’m a hoarder I just couldn’t do it.

So I hung it on the wall and stuck some fake succulents that I picked up at Michael’s for 50% off.

fake-succulentsI don’t know, maybe it’s weird. But for now at least it’s  no longer sitting on my front porch.

You can see how I used my Yellow flea market Pepsi crate here.

To see more tutorials like this one I’d love for you to follow along on PinterestInstagramTwitter, or Facebook.

  1. Using the riot shield properly means holding it
properly. Well, according to rumors first reported by ESEA News, Counter-Strike
may be getting it’s next iteration announced complete with full-on news from Valve in the next
24 hours. Sniping frequently is the best way to do this, and chances are when you finally accomplish it, it’ll be luck.

  5. Howdy! This blog post couldn’t be written much better!
Going through this post reminds me of my previous
roommate! He constantly kept talking about this.

I’ll forward this article to him. Fairly certain he’ll have a
good read. I appreciate you for sharing!
