Literally The Best Flea Market

I literally missed Rob Lowe at the Raleigh Flea Market by just a few hours.

He has a son at Duke and was in town this weekend. And I guess he also has a thing for old rusty junk.

Seriously who goes to a flea market looking this good. Of course you’re going to be spotted Mr. Lowe. No one is this good-looking at a flea market. If you have a full set of teeth and aren’t walking around with a cockatoo on your shoulder you’re going to stand out at a flea market. Maybe he just can’t help it.roblowe

I missed my opportunity to shop with literally the hottest man to ever shop at a flea market. But check out what else I thought was pretty hot this weekend at the Raleigh Flea Market.Schoolhouse Chalkboard

This came out of a one room school-house somewhere in the mountains of North Carolina. I have no room for this but someone else needs to buy this.

See what I did with spoons here.

So what’s the craziest thing you’ve ever seen at a flea market?

  4. Love love love the tulip chandelier? Or candleabra? And so funny about Rob Lowe . . . I miss his character on Parks & Rec.

  5. You crack me up! I would love this post for the laugh alone (and pic of Rob Lowe), but you did find some really cool stuff! I have yet to find things like that here in Texas… The only stuff I’ve seen is old used jeans and those scary looking people you mentioned :)

  6. We must have missed each other at the flea market! I spent a good portion of my weekend there :) Lots of cool things…not too many spectacular deals happening though!

    • Yeah I love to go with the kids and just wander around, but it’s all pretty expensive. I’m not so good at negotiating either, so that doesn’t help.
